Only items that are unused, in saleable condition, and in original packaging are eligible for return, exchange or refund. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or we made a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will solve this problem immediately. We will check the quality of orders, but we cannot promise the goods that damaged during the delivery. To avoid any accidents, we choose the best logistics system.

All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund all returned items are subject to partial restocking fees and some bank transfer commission. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

If you want to return your items, please notify us by email or live chat firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 7 days of receipt. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Within 7 days from the date you purchased, if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, we feel sorry that it won�t be exchanged. However, if it is our mistake, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package; the products should have not been used as well.

When we receive the products sent back instantly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer the supplementary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, we will replace the items sent from you.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit or debit card for the sum paid less the postal costs. Please allow three working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reflect on your account.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. Partial non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount.
